The Civil Aviation Science and Education Innovation Achievement Exhibition, organized by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), is one of the country's leading exhibitions in the fields of aviation research and technological innovation. Held at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing, the event reflects China's highest standards in exhibition safety, institutional management, and regulatory compliance.

The following key points are summarized from the official Contractor Manual, providing essential guidance for exhibitors and booth constructors.
1. Booth Types and Standard Configurations
Standard Booths
Each standard booth covers 9 sqm (3m × 3m) and includes:
Wall panels, carpet, lighting, information counter, folding chairs, and power socket.
These booths are built by the official general contractor, and exhibitors are not allowed to alter or rebuild them.
Raw Space Booths (Custom Stands)
Exhibitors must design, construct, and submit: Construction drawings, material descriptions, electrical plans, and a Safety Responsibility Statement. Approval from CNCC is required before construction entry.
2. Booth Design and Structural Requirements
Important Regulation: Booth construction must comply with the Beijing Large Event Safety Management Ordinance and CNCC Construction Safety Regulations.
