1. General Exhibition Rules
- Any form of retail, auction, or unauthorized trading is prohibited;
- Exhibits must be relevant to the exhibition theme; mixing unrelated products is not allowed;
- Booth usage rights cannot be transferred, sublet, or shared with others;
- Distribution of promotional materials and samples is limited to within the booth area;
- Booth fascia is uniformly produced by the organizer and cannot be modified without approval;
- Audio playback within booths must be muted; fashion shows or performance activities are strictly prohibited;
- Persons under 18 years old are prohibited from entering.
2. Booth Design and Setup Requirements
- Custom-built booths must be approved by both the organizer and venue management before construction;
- Booth construction materials must use flame-retardant grade B1 or above materials;
- Booth boundaries must not encroach on public aisles or affect neighboring booths;
- Any fire safety facilities, electrical cabinets, or fire extinguishers must not be obstructed;
- After booth setup is complete, the environment must be kept clean with no packaging materials left behind;
- Exhibits and advertising boards must not be placed outside the booth or in aisle areas.
3. Safety and Fire Management
- Welding, cutting, spray painting, and open flame operations are prohibited inside the venue;
- Fire extinguishers must be equipped in booths and evacuation routes must be kept clear;
- All lighting, distribution boxes, and gas pipelines must be inspected by official electricians;
- Fire safety indicator lights, sprinkler heads, or emergency exit signs must not be obstructed;
- The organizer has the right to immediately require rectification or removal upon discovering safety hazards.
4. Exhibition Period Conduct Standards
- Exhibitors must enter and exit the venue according to specified times; early dismantling is not permitted;
- Booths must be staffed during exhibition hours;
- Resale of badges, invitation letters, or access passes is strictly prohibited;
- Promotion and distribution of gifts are limited to within the booth area;
- Noise must be controlled below 70 decibels to maintain a quiet business discussion environment;
- The organizer has the right to take action against booths with non-compliant audio or disruptive behavior.
5. Intellectual Property Protection System
IP Protection Highlights
- All exhibitors must sign an "Intellectual Property Protection Commitment";
- Exhibits must not infringe on any patents, trademarks, or copyrights;
- An IP complaint handling office is set up on-site during the exhibition;
- Suspected infringing exhibits may be required to be removed or destroyed;
- The organizer has the right to terminate the exhibition qualification of infringing exhibitors.
6. Exhibit Transportation and Handling Rules
- The designated official freight agent is Yunzhan Global Logistics (Beijing) Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch;
- All exhibit outer packaging must be marked with the exhibition name, booth number, and box number;
- Exhibit transportation and loading/unloading operations are limited to designated unloading areas;
- Transportation insurance must be purchased by exhibitors themselves;
- Oversized or overweight cargo must be declared in advance.
7. Digital and Promotional Services

- The organizer offers "Intertextile PLUS Digital Services," enhancing exposure through online displays, targeted buyer recommendations, and data analysis;
- Various value-added services are provided including on-site LED advertising, WeChat push notifications, APP homepage promotion, and business matchmaking;
- Exhibitors can use the digital platform for pre-show warm-up, on-site interaction, and post-show follow-up.
8. Conference and Promotional Activity Standards
- Exhibitors can rent meeting rooms at the National Exhibition and Convention Center for product launches or seminars;
- Meeting content must be reviewed in advance; political, religious, and non-commercial themes are prohibited;
- Corporate promotion content in presentations must not exceed 20%;
- Exhibitors can register to participate in activities such as "Technical Seminars" and "Fashion Trend Releases".

- Real-Name Entry Management: All exhibiting personnel, contractors, and logistics staff must register with real names and hold valid ID documents.

- IP Rights and Accountability in Parallel: Once verified, infringing exhibits will be immediately removed, and the organizer assists in rights protection.
- Green Exhibition Policy: Encourages modular, recyclable construction, reducing single-use materials and spray painting.
